Libby Girard
Libby McElroy Girard is a native of York, graduating from York Comprehensive High School in 1979. She went on to the University of South Carolina and graduated from the College of Pharmacy in 1985. She has spent her entire career in the retail setting focusing on customer service and striving to meet everyone's prescription needs. She currently works at the newly opened Congress Street Pharmacy located in downtown York where she feels so grateful to be in her hometown ready to serve her community.
Eric Moore
Eric was raised in Indian Land, South Carolina where he attended school K-12. After graduation he went on to attend USC-Lancaster and eventually received his BS in Pharmacy from USC-Columbia in 1995. He married and moved to the edge of Chester County and he has worked in and around the York area since. Eric has lived in the same location and along with his wife has raised 3 children in the same home.
Kelly Fowler
Kelly Fowler was born and raised in Clover, SC. She graduated Clover High School in 1997 and attended Winthrop University. She currently lives in Clover with her husband and daughter and enjoys a wide range of activities from music, video gaming, and photography to disc golf and spending time with family.
Kelly is grateful to be a pharmacy technician for over 20 years and is proud to be National and State Certified. She enjoys learning new things each day and the best part is caring for our patients in a small community. Kelly is excited to see the Congress Street Pharmacy family grow!
